From the Cockpit to the Corner Office - Pilots Make Great CEO's

Some of you may have seen the recent research coming out of University of Notre Dame looking at the impact of companies whose leaders are pilots.

The net results show that pilot-led firms are more likely to engage in mergers and acquisitions, absorb a more aggressive capital structure in addition to creating stock price volatility.

Assistant Professor of Finance, Matthew Cain, describes how all this effects the companies in the long-run.
