I read an article from CAT Magazine (Civil Aviation Training) the other day titled, "Biggest Pilot Recruitment Drive for More Than a Decade."
I was intrigued to say the least. To sum up the article, British Airways is looking to add 800 pilots to the roster by 2016. One of the ways they are going to raise awareness and connect with prospective pilots is through YouTube.
We have talked about social media and its power in our blog before, but this is another great example of how it can be used.
